hmm..

ytd went see doctor..
errhh..
haiz.
mus stop pe for 3 mths.. starting frm now lah..
cant run.. cant jog.. cant jump.. cant anything.
mus eat the toopid panadol and rest for 3 to 6 mths..
so tat it can heal..

now i hafta eat 5 panadols and drink cough medicine.. cos im sick too..
summore two of em will make mi drowsy..
rot at home today..
eat and sleep..
feel quite tired now..
iz the medicine gao de gui..
